Monica Larrabeiti joined the coaching world 20 years ago, and her purpose became to give others what coaching gave her: the awareness to create our lives consciously and in alignment with our evolutionary purpose.

Openness, trust, playfulness, sacredness, and a loving presence perfectly describe Monica as a person and as a coach, and is what she brings to the Center in her work as a learning leader for the Deep Coaching Intensive in both English and Spanish.

Monica lives between Spain and Egypt, and loves being exposed to international cultures. She has worked with people from all over the world since she was young.

With a solid corporate background, Monica made a shift towards coaching 20 years ago, when a strong inner call invited her to jump into the unknown. This led to a series of further leaps, each one increasing her trust in life and how it unfolds for our greatest good.

Monica Larrabeiti is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coach Federation, the highest level of coach credentialing possible. She is also a highly experienced coach trainer, ICF mentor coach, and leadership development trainer, having taught hundreds of student coaches working towards their professional coach certification in Spain, Latin America, and Egypt.

She believes deeply in the power of coaching and personal connection to help people not only understand themselves but also to realize their essential, authentic nature.

“Dancing with life” is an excellent metaphor to describe how Monica aligns with what is, trusting that it is the way home, no matter how painful it can be at times.
