Learning Leader

For over 12  years, Cate has worked as a facilitator, coach trainer, leader and transformational coach. During this time she discovered and continues to explore the power and transformation that comes from self-awareness, self-acceptance and love.

After starting out in the health and wellness industry, Cate found her way to coaching after setting the intention to learn how to better support people to create time and space for deeper, personal and purposeful change.

She received her coach training with the International Coach Academy, and through the International Coach Federation she is credentialed as an Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She is also a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator and a qualified mentor coach.

As the Learning Leader for the Deep Coaching Intensive and Life Coaching Basics, Cate is passionate about supporting and helping professionals develop Deep Coaching skills in order to serve other on their life journey. She sees coaching as a beautifully creative and intuitive process.

Outside of the coaching space, Cate lives a wholehearted life in beautiful Nelson, BC, Canada. She can be found playing and resting with her family, connecting with her friends, or curled up on her favorite chair with a good book.
