With more than 25 years working experience of various roles in HR director and consultant, trainer and coach, Betty has been an expert in the talent management and leadership development in China and in the international corporate context.

Betty is now dedicated to support those who want to explore their Potentials, Passion and Purpose to access their best self. With loving presence, she creates powerful, open spaces in her courses and coaching sessions to support people to get deeper connection with their inner self wisdom, to allow shifts in being and lasting transformation to happen in their life.

For the last four years at the Center, Betty has been coordinating the China Deep Coaching program with Pin Hsuan Chen.
