A ‘Healing Circle’ is adapted from on the ‘Case Clinic’ from Otto Scharmer’s Theory U and further prototyped in a recent ulab 2x program. In this circle, one person in the group speaks and shares a current, concrete and important situation. This is a space for the speaker to simply to be seen, heard and felt; to be their own decision maker. A Healing Circle is not about fixing, advice or solutions, but simply connecting. It’s about listening deeply, tuning into the speaker, what they are sharing, and what you, as listener are sensing from this.
