This is an invitation to embark on a year-long journey of personal transformation, spending one month with each of the Deep Coaching Practices. It’s an opportunity to embody these principles not just in your coaching but in your daily life, creating space for deeper connection, growth, and alignment with your true self.

Over the course of 12 months, we will explore each practice in depth, beginning with an opening circle in January to set intentions and establish the container for the year. Each month will feature:

1.  A Monthly Focus Practice: Centering on one Deep Coaching Practice to guide your reflection and actions.
2.  Two Live Calls per Month:  The first to explore the practice and identify practical ways to live it, and the second to reflect on insights, challenges, and transformations.
3.  Community Engagement: Ongoing discussions and prompts shared in the TCC Alumni Group to deepen connection and exchange insights.
4. Rotating Facilitators: Each month, calls will be led by a mix of CTC staff and community members, offering diverse perspectives and shared wisdom as we journey through the practices together.

This invitation is a chance to reconnect with yourself, live more authentically, and align with the deeper rhythm of life and spirit. Whether you’re a current or past DCIer, or if you’re part of our greater community, you are welcome to join for the full year or engage in specific months that resonate most with you.

You do not need to commit to the entire year, and are free to engage in this space in the way that supports you and your personal journey best.

Together, we’ll create a supportive space to embody these transformative practices and inspire one another as we grow. This is not just an invitation —it’s a commitment to living with greater awareness, purpose, and connection.
