Embodying and Activating Our Spiritual Values

September 23

What do we mean by “spiritual values,” and how do they feel?

How can we discover, connect with, and deeply experience our spiritual values? And how can we activate these values in a deep coaching session to nurture a healing, transformative space?

As we deepen our Deep Coaching practice, our ability to embody and radiate various states of consciousness becomes key to holding space from the spiritual heart without agenda. Coaches often find themselves balancing between thinking about the moment and simply being a loving presence. To support deep transformation, we aim to become the space through our presence, and expanding our capacity to activate spiritual energy is essential in this process.

Join us for an experiential session on one of Deep Coaching’s core aspects—spiritual values. Facilitated by DCI learning leader Hampus Blomberg, we’ll explore parts of Practice Two more closely. This is an opportunity for DCI alumni to deepen their skills and learn together in refining our deep coaching practice.

Preliminary agenda:

  • Introduction
  • Brief talk on spiritual values in the DC context
  • Guided spiritual values embodiment practice
  • Practice activating spiritual values in a session context
  • Open space/Q&A
  • Closing
