More and more people are answering the call to awaken to a deeper and more meaningful life experience.   I am honored to walk with others who also have a desire to live, love and lead from a deeper sense of self.

It is a privilege to witness and hold loving space for you, as you navigate this heroic journey of self- discovery.

This journey inward is referred to by many names – awakening, transformation, enlightenment.   As a Deep Transformational Coach, I meet you wherever you are on your path.

As you embark on this work, it can be confusing, disruptive, challenging and fearful.  I partner with you, as you find the courage to let go of the obstacles to the awareness of your true nature.   While difficult at times, it is also exciting to explore beyond the limitations and conditioning we are familiar with.  When we remember the truth of who we are, at the core of our being, this awareness of our essential nature shines through every aspect of our life, allowing us to access a greater sense of aliveness, purpose and meaning.

My journey to becoming a Deep Transformational Coach has had many twists and turns.

I am a life-long student of personal growth and development.  I have studied and trained in psychology, psychotherapy, spirituality and coaching, all of which I weave and integrate into my work as a trainer, facilitator, and a Certified Deep Transformational Coach.

I am deeply committed to my own transformational journey and am grateful to the coaches, supervisors and guides that support me to embody the highest version of who I am.

My work is grounded in compassion and love.  I partner with people from all walks of life who desire to heal, so they can embody their most loving and authentic self.

I am inspired by the teachings/work of Brené Brown, Gabor Maté, Eckhart Tolle, Rupert Spira, ACIM (A Course in Miracles) and of course Leon VanderPol whose book, A Shift in Being, has been transformational in shaping who I am becoming as a Deep Coach.  In deep gratitude.

Working with Yvonne has been such a blessing, she is a talented coach who knows her process but beyond that lies a pool of inner wisdom within her that silently carried me as a client into deep spaces of unraveling beliefs and limitations of myself that may typically be difficult to bring out to someone. Her non-judgmental nature allowed all that to be released softly and her encouraging presence invited newer, more liberating ways of being, to be integrated within. It has been a very deep, fulfilling experience that has clearly created a shift in how I choose to BE in my day-to-day life.

Yvonne tried to explain to me how Deep Coaching might be different from other types of coaching, but I didn’t get it until I experienced my sessions with her.  What can I say?  They went deep!  Yvonne created a warm, safe and what I now call a ‘sacred’ space’, where I was able to slow down and explore who I really am.  I was always in my head, but Yvonne gently and lovingly supported me to connect with my heart and let that lead the way.  So much has shifted for me in my personal life and in my work.
