As an Authenticity Life Coach, I specialize in helping women break free from “Good Girl Syndrome”—the pattern of prioritizing others’ needs over their own. My approach integrates shadow work to help women face and heal the suppressed parts of themselves, enabling them to rebuild self-worth, set boundaries, and embrace their true selves. By exploring the shadow and uncovering hidden strengths, my clients experience deep transformation, aligning their lives with their authentic desires and values. Together, we create space for self-discovery, healing, and growth, empowering women to step into their fullest, most authentic lives.

I’m an NYU-certified Coach and Certified Deep Transformational Coach dedicated to helping women break free from people-pleasing patterns and embrace their authentic selves. With over a decade of commitment to self-development and my own healing journey, I’ve gained deep insights into personal transformation. I’m also a certified Reiki practitioner (Level 1) from the NYC Reiki Institute, which informs my approach to energy and healing.

Before coaching, I spent years in the fashion industry and talent management, shaping my understanding of confidence, self-worth, and personal growth. My practice blends insights from neuroscience, psychology, spirituality, and energy work to help clients reconnect with their inner strength and create lives aligned with their true selves. I guide clients through healing and growth with compassion, helping them overcome limiting beliefs and step into their fullest potential.
