Everyone moves through life in stages filled with different unique challenges. I prefer to look at them as some of life’s greatest adventures. Not all of these adventures go according to plan, and they’re not always easy to navigate. Still, they give us the opportunity to grow and transform with open hearts and minds.

I have been on a spiritual path for over 15 years now when I first encountered a book called “Reality Transurfing” by Vadim Zeland. During those 15 years, I’ve passionately dived into the exploring of my deeper meaning to better understand who I am and grow into my purpose. 

At heart I am an adventurer, a free spirit, and a passionate explorer of life. I've been fortunate to have traveled through 35 countries and have had the chance to learn from many people and experiences. 

My passion and commitment to inner work combined with my personal life experiences are what inspired me to pursue a certification in Life Coaching Basics and as a Deep Transformational Coach. I'm also a certified 5D_Psychologist where I blend spirituality and the most effective practices from psychology.   

My rich life experience around health challenges made me very aware of my body. I’ve been striving for perfect health for many years exploring different approaches, diets and ideas around it. It all brought me to study Psychosomatics to deepen my knowledge on how the mind effects our bodies and to widen my skills in helping people improve their health.
