I specialize in working with high achievers and leaders that took a traditional path and now realize that the life doesn’t feel true to their soul. I work with you one-on-one to co-create a space for healing and transformation to help you create the life you were always meant to live.

I do this work because I lived it. As a high achieving workaholic, I kept climbing the corporate ladder thinking happiness was one more promotion away. But all of that changed when I went through a spiritual awakening in 2018. Now, I help others like me adjust to life after spiritual awakening to find the authentic happiness and fulfillment life they are called to.

Lyndsay Toensing is a certified transformational leadership coach, energy healer, intuitive medium, and author. She is passionate about empowering people on their spiritual and transformational journey to create an inspired, fulfilling life.

Lyndsay previously led marketing and business strategy teams in medical, healthcare, technology, and eCommerce retail industries. She spent fifteen years leading teams, mentoring, and coaching businesses from startups to Fortune 500 companies before starting her coaching and healing practice.

She earned traditional and non-traditional degrees and certifications. Lyndsay earned her master of business administration with a focus in brand management from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management. She earned her Whole Person Coaching® certification from Coach Training World and her Deep Transformational Coaching certification from the Center for Transformational Coaching. She is also a Reiki Master, a certified End of Life Specialist, a HeartMath Add Heart Facilitator™, and holds certificates in Sound Healing and Shamanic studies.
