Our human adventure is one of growth and becoming. On our transformational journey we travel through many challenges, rocky terrain and dark underworlds as we are drawn ever deeper into our spiritual essence of Being. As a Deep Coach, I provide a safe space for those who are wanting to follow the call of their soul’s beaconing and would like the assistance of an inner guide to light the path forward. Within you lies the answers you are seeking but along this inner journey we invariably get stuck, struggle, loose our way and find it difficult to move forward without a partner, someone who can attend to what is emerging from within from your deeper knowing. As your Deep Transformational Coach I will walk with you as your spiritual partner as you navigate through the confusion, the obstacles, the limiting beliefs, and the false identities that mask the magnificence of your True Self. My purpose is to support you in listening deeply to the whisper of your souls deepest longing as you return Home.

I have been on a spiritual path since I was 15 when I met my first spiritual teacher. Through all the twists and turns of life my connection with Spirit was always the golden thread that connected me with my Source of Being.

I have been a Somatic Integration Facilitator and Teacher for the last 30 years. In my practice and classes I’ve assisted hundreds of people in learning to move freely in their body and find greater harmony within themselves through a variety of integrative mind/body modalities.

I’m a certified Hanna Somatic Educator, Clinical Hypnotherapist, EFT Practitioner, Clear Beliefs Coach, Guided Meditation Facilitator and a Deep Transformational Coach. Each session is client-centered and client-directed so that you are fully supported in your transformation process.

For 10+ years, Lisa Cary has been part of a part of a team of healers who took me from bedridden after 2 spine surgeries in 2005, with heavy nerve pains & disability, plus a divorce, to working again. Though it took 2 - 3 years, it was truly a miracle for me to stand, sit, walk, & finally drive again. Movement is LIFE, so this work took me from feeling drained of hope, to wanting to live again. Since then, I continue to work with Lisa & she has been doing remarkably transformational work on identifying & clearing inner beliefs that no longer serve me & seem "stuck in the body”. Lisa is an intuitive, excellent Somatics practitioner, but even more, a deep healer of inner life.
