Holding the space for your soul…
That is the best way to describe my work as a Deep Coach. Within the energetic healing space created in each session, an opening appears allowing for the potential of whatever is needed to happen.
Each person is a unique expression of soul energy, and each session is a unique moment in the presence of Spirit bringing to light that which your own soul desires. This moment can be a letting go, a healing, a shift, a breath, a pause, a call, lovingly and surely moving us toward realization of our own authentic Self and alignment with the light of the Creator.
It is an opportunity to embrace the journey of transformation, and all that it is, in a supportive and caring environment.
Bio
Kathryn is a Certified Deep Transformation Coach with 20 plus years of spiritual study in many different modalities. Her own experience in living the journey brings a sense of trust to each session, and a deep stillness and calm which allows the Light to do the work.

She also enjoys long walks in nature, the water, girlfriend weekends and sharing a good meal with friends old and new, and spending time with her four grown sons, daughter-in- law and extended family.
