Until I had a Spiritual awakening 30 years ago, I spent the first part of my life suffering from multiple traumatic events. I have since my Spiritual path began,  been led to many modalities that allowed me to heal and align with who I am and want to be.  This journey is truly my biggest purpose in this life time. When I moved into my wholeness I sought out certifications with the best teachers in their fields in every modality that helped me heal. Helping others is what feels most satisfying to me and most aligned with MY soul. Having worked behaviorally, energetically and educationally with dogs, cats, horses, birds and children, I landed in a place of profound honor doing Deep Coaching with adults. What I learned from all of these beings is that fear is the biggest obstacle to wholeness and that fear is a lie. And so I am keenly skilled at helping folks move through the fear, into freedom, into freedom from the bondage of self. For me, there is no more exciting or rewarding journey in life.

I am an intuitive practitioner, grounded in both the traditional psychological and educational principles of behavioral change, in the alternative principles of energy health practices as well as the field of Deep Transformational Coaching.  My unique combination of skills allows me to provide services in a knowledgeable, compassionate, effective and efficient manner often achieving positive results that exceed client’s initial expectation of what was possible.
