As a Decision Empowerment Coach, I work with emerging and evolving leaders who are taking new ownership in their lifestyle or career and making big changes to lead themselves towards greater fulfillment and meaning.

Before building my coaching practice, I spent 20 years in the field of finance where I led high-impact investment decisions by bringing people together to shape early-stage ideas into well-vetted pathways for positive value creation. Now I leverage this expertise to help my clients transform their grand but foggy visions of a more fulfilling life into actionable and practical pathways of possibility.

I focus on amplifying the voice and wisdom of your heart and soul while supporting your drive forward with smart, strategic action. My style is outside the box, no bull, supremely supportive and compassionately challenging.
