My passion is empowering people who find themselves at crossroads and life transitions, to gently cross the threshold by turning inward to explore the core of their true essence and from that place of deep, soulful knowing move forward in life.

From an embodied state of BEING you will make enlightened everyday choices by engaging into soulful action, informed by all sources of innate intelligence, the head, heart and gut.

I love nothing more than witnessing your aliveness, uniqueness and inner truth gracefully unfold.

My own Hero’s Journey officially began when I left the corporate HR world completely out-of-sync with my soul, and courageously turned inwards to face my deepest shadows which, until then, kept me small and confined. Getting to the core of my true essence meant crossing the threshold of the known into the great unknown.

Fast forward to today (after an extended period of soul-searching and healing work), my own transformational journey led me back into the world, wiser and anew, serving humanity as a coach.

Through my coaching and workshops, I help you access your inner wisdom and gracefully transform confusion, overwhelm and stuckness into clarity, resilience and true grit.

My approach is mindful and compassionate, marked by a loving presence; my branding is my ethos, marked by integrity and authenticity.

Supporting magnificent souls that courageously choose to live from within outward, in tune with their innate wisdom, has become my life’s calling.
