I see my role is in this life time as a catalyst for 'human well-being and flourishing'. I play my role by supporting the development of leaders globally through focus on self leadership. I am passionate about bringing satisfaction & joy in people’s life by coaching and facilitating them to explore and act on the huge reservoir of untapped potential that each one of us possesses. I am professionally certified (PCC) Leadership & Life Coach and a Certified Deep Transformational Coach with over 25 years of business experience and I run my independent practice – Back to Source Coaching. My vision is to teach as I learn, give as I receives & serve as I lead.

As a full time Coach, I have enabled CEOs, top team leaders, and professionals to embark upon an inward journey of discovering their higher purpose and creating a vibrant, fulfilling and meaningful life.

As a Coach Trainer and Mentor, I teach ICF Approved Coach Training Programs and have supported over 500 senior business leaders, learning and development professionals, independent trainers and individuals graduate as coaches.

I am committed to playing my role to serve the flowering of human consciousness. My most enriching experience has been walking a parallel path of material fulfilment & spiritual enhancement. The common thread that I see through all my work is that it is a Journey of Personal Mastery that is Spirit based and Presence led.

I have done my MBA and am a certified Enneagram Practitioner, studied Neuro Linguistic Programming & Non-Violent Communication  as part of my continuous education in the field of human potential.

Amrita’s arrival in my journey meant engaging with gentle yet firm questions, ones that need you to travel inwards and uncover the true purpose that got lost between emails, never-ending meetings and the grind of everyday life. It gave me a chance to pause and listen to my own self. In fact, in most of the sessions with Amrita, she used her craft to stay invisible and yet present while I made time to look at the mirror, listen to my echoes and travel on the path of self-enquiry.
