Recently I have been immersing myself in an altered state of being I’m calling 5D living. (You too may have heard this term.) There is something here for me in my own evolution that I’m beginning to comprehend more fully, an understanding of a level of reality that transcends yet encompasses all that I have known.
Writing about it here, as challenging as it is to give words to something that is sensed and intuited, is part of my own learning. My desire is to share with you what is coming to me, both conceptually and experientially, as I embrace 5D living.
Supporting the Journey of Transformation
First, a bit of context. My work, and by extension that of the Center for Transformational Coaching, has been to support and enliven the journey of awakening and transformation, which is itself a mysterious and magical revolution of our sense of self, and of our purpose and place in the world.
Over the years that I’ve taught this work, I’ve observed that the mystery of transformation – the ‘unknown’ factor – can act as an inner barrier to people committing whole-heartedly to the journey, often choosing instead to remain with one foot anchored in the safety and security of the ‘known’ world and the other foot dabbling in the ‘unknown’ world. They live straddling both worlds, never really surrendering to the call to know themselves beyond all the beliefs and identity markers they have held for a lifetime.
Genuine transformation requires complete honesty with oneself, and it is hard to acknowledge our deepest fears, our weaknesses, our vulnerabilities, and to abandon what we have long held to be valuable, necessary or true, even when it holds out the promise of a better life.
The Center’s work is vital then, because we demystify and reveal the journey so that we can revel in it, despite its inherent discomfort and uncertainty, and grow into more authentic, heart-centered human beings. Another way of saying it is: the Center’s work is to help people transition from 3D living to 5D living, because that transition – which in essence is a healing journey – is no small thing. It’s epic, sweeping change at a core level of mind and being.
However…a question often arises from those on the path about the next stage or level of progress – what life is like ‘beyond transformation.’ And this is not something we’ve taught in depth at the Center, until now.
Life Beyond Transformation
The question I hear is something like, “I know my ego and its needs still drive my life in many ways, and yet I’m committed to growing into new ways of being and living. I’m doing the inner work, even though it’s challenging, and trusting life more than ever before, but sometimes I wonder what this is all for. I know my life will be different and amazing, but what will it really be like when I ‘get there?‘”
This is a normal inquiry from those well on the path yet who are still learning to navigate their way through the disruption and change that transformation creates. Naturally they desire greater clarity on where it leads because it’s both comforting and energizing to have some semblance of an idea.
A vital aspect of the transformational journey is learning to trust deeply in life and Spirit, and so I am not writing about 5D living to alleviate anyone’s doubt or uncertainty about the future (though that may happen). I’m also not writing to shift anyone’s attention from what is happening now, which is ripe with the lessons we each need to learn. I’m writing this to support those who, in a sense, have completed their ‘metamorphosis’ and who are ready to embrace 5D living.
The vulnerability of people at this stage of development is that they are still susceptible to the ways of the 3D world because it’s the world they participate in each day, and it continues to bombard mind and senses with messages about the rightness of its ways.
Learning About 5D Living
On top of that, 5D living is not taught in most schools. It’s not spoken about in the news or around the dinner table or in an infinitude of conference rooms. It’s not the way of living for the vast majority of humanity who remain caught in the dream of the unawakened mind. And since so few have lived it, so few are teaching it.
So how can those who are ready learn it? Or should I say, How can those who are ready, comprehend and live more confidently into this advanced reality despite the gravitational pull of the 3D world? 5D living has the potential to re-contextualize everything from relationships to health, from finances to economy, from families to societies. All things simply work differently in the 5D world.
This is the first article in what will be a series over the coming months on 5D living. I’m looking forward to the conversations that this will ignite, and the possibilities that will unfold from there. It’s an adventure in multi-dimensional living, and I’m happy to be sharing it with you.

Thanks Leon! You articulate so well! I’ve been feeling living differently vibrationally, letting go of the ‘how’ of the past and yet unsure of the nature of living and creating and being a reality that doesn’t require the same manual – sensing the change and yet…observing
Looking forward to reading more!

That’s what I am experiencing as well Kathy, that ‘unsure of the nature of living, creating and being’ in that reality. We will learn this together!
Thank you for sharing this. It makes me think about the expression “to live spherically, in many different directions” as we surrender to the embrace of one’s soul. Easier said than done. I look forward to leaning in and learning more. Ngā mihi maioha e hoa.

That’s a helpful image Simone, of living spherically. It feels infinitely expansive as well.
I will stay tuned- looking forward to listening more. Thank you.
